Android
- Open service.cemcoltd.co.uk in the full Chrome app—not an in-app preview window.
- Tap Install Now on Android above if it appears.
- If it does not appear, tap Chrome’s ⋮ menu.
- Choose Install app or Add to Home screen, then confirm.
iPhone
- Open service.cemcoltd.co.uk in Safari.
- Tap the Share button—the square with an upward arrow.
- Scroll down and choose Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The CEMCO app will appear on your home screen.
Desktop PC
- Open service.cemcoltd.co.uk in Google Chrome.
- Click Chrome’s ⋮ menu, then choose Cast, save and share and Install page as app. You may instead see an install icon at the right of the address bar.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the installation.
- To use it again, select CEMCO Service App from the Windows Start menu. If Chrome shows Open in app, click it—the app is already installed.
No App Store download is needed. Once installed, open the CEMCO Service App icon whenever you need help.
